We print in our 2 ateliers, in United States and in UK, to provide a faster worldwide shipping. Most of our products are produced individually for you after you place your order and can take from 2 to 5 working days of preparation time. The estimated shipping time is from 3 to 6 days.​

Please note that the Budget Shipping does not include tracking information, if you wish to have access to the shipment updates, please select the Standard Tracked or the Express options.

If you need an exact size for an already purchased frame, please specify it in the comments at the check out.



All of our works are customized and special made after your order.  Therefore, we do NOT offer refunds on any of our products.

You have the option to make an exchange with the exception of purchase on sales or promotional items. Please notify Villa Capri of items to exchange no later than 14 days from the date you received your order

The customer pays for all shipping costs and there is a 50€ admin fee for all exchanges.

When exchanging your purchase, ensure the item is returned to Villa Capri in the same state and packaging as when you received it.

If your works arrive damaged, please ensure to notify us immediately upon receipt.

Contact Customer Service at to request an exchange.  Please provide us with your name, email and order number. We gladly offer you a store credit or the possibility of an exchange, with inclusion of admin fee, upon receipt of the artworks. Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse.



Villa Capri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Although we are not responsible for delays, damages or non delivery once the item leaves us, please feel free to contact us if your order hasn't arrived in time. We will do our best to help you and find a solution.

By placing an order with Villa Capri, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
